If you only have a few days, the Masai Mara alone is enough to deliver a genuine big-cat safari — this itinerary keeps you in one reserve, based at a single camp, with more time to actually be on a game drive rather than on the road between parks.
Day by day
Day 1. Fly or drive from Nairobi to the Masai Mara. Afternoon game drive on arrival.
Days 2-3. Full days of game drives, morning and afternoon, tracking lion, leopard, cheetah and the resident plains game. Guides know the territory well enough to find repeat sightings of resident prides and known leopards.
Day 4. After breakfast, transfer back to Nairobi.
