What determines safari pricing?
Travel season. Peak seasons such as July–October are more expensive due to the Great Migration and high demand. Traveling during the green or shoulder seasons can significantly reduce costs while still offering excellent wildlife viewing.
Accommodation type. Luxury lodges naturally cost more than budget camps. The location also affects pricing, especially inside a private conservancy or premium wildlife area.
Park entry fees. Kenya’s national parks and conservancies charge conservation fees that are included in safari pricing — some parks carry higher fees due to conservation efforts and exclusivity.
